Manoj K Bharathy, who recently married actor Nandhana, is hopeful of bouncing back in Kollywood. The son of veteran director Bharathiraja, he tried his luck in acting by playing the lead role in half-a-dozen movies.

The actor, who fell in love with actor Nandhana and married her with the consent of his parents, is off to Australia for his honeymoon. On his return, Manoj will commence work for his next film. The movie would feature him in the lead role and a debutant director would be wielding the megaphone. The film would be produced by his father Bharathiraja.

By the end of next year, Manoj would be directing a movie himself. He says, 'Everything including the script is ready. I would love to direct films, of course with my father's blessings.'
