Tharun Gopi, whose maiden venture Thimiru, made it big is all set to commence his next movie.

This time the young director would be wielding the megaphone for a movie featuring Madhavan in the lead role.

Buzz is that Tharun Gopi's second venture would also revolve around Madurai and its adjoining areas. The movie has been tentatively titled Chennaiyil Irundhu Madurai.

The movie is expected to hit the floors once Madhavan completes Rendu opposite Reema Sen, being directed by Sundar C.

Madhavan is also slated to act in a movie titled Magizchi, which would be directed by Seeman. The two come together after a good outing in Thambi.

Meanwhile the shooting for Madhavan's bi-lingual Arya has been progressing at a snail's pace.

Tharun Gopi is also taking efforts to make his debut as director and has reportedly penned a script for himself. Plans are on to take to acting early next year.
