Post Ghajini, Suriya emerged as sought-after hero in Kollywood. His salability has increased considerably.

His forthcoming release Jillunu Oru Kaadhal, being produced by his cousin Gnanavelu is ready for release (As it happens, the title has been changed to Sillunu Oru Kaadhal to be in true Tamil). The movie has won favor among the distributors. All the areas have been sold out.

Directed by a debutant Krishna, expectations are high on the movie.

Bringing together the lucky pair, Jothika and Suriya, the movie also has Bhoomika in a prominent role. Another highlight is the movie has musical score by A R Rehman.

More over the recent rumors about Suriya and Jothika's have added pep to the movie and the distributors feel it would result in more audience thronging the theatres.

Supposedly a romantic story, the movie features Suriya in a different appearance, more bubbly and enthusiastic.

Suriya has spoken very highly of Rehman’s music that the audio industry is waiting for its release.
