Ramesh Kanna, a popular comedian these days, takes a new avatar now. He has been entrusted with the job of penning the dialogues for Lawrence Raghavendra's Tamil directorial venture Muni. The movie is being produced by Saran's Gemini Films and features Raj Kiran in the lead role.

Ramesh Kanna is a one-time associate of director K S Ravikumar and had worked with him in several films. He made his directorial debut with Thodarum starring Ajith, Devayani and Heera. Unfortunately the movie did not do well at the box office and Ramesh Kanna was forced to take up acting.

Back on track now penning dialogues for Muni, he is nursing the ambition of wielding the megaphone again.
