'Success comes with a price in the form of fair-weather friends. Only strong family support helped me to tide over a crisis. Thankfully, it's all over and time to look ahead', says Raj Kiran, a relieved man after the success of Thavamai Thavamirundu.

Attributing the success to director Cheran, Raj Kiran says, it's the reward for all the toil put in by the unit. Cheran had been living with the script and one by one he released the pieces.

On his role, he says, 'it was more like the individual Rajkiran. Life is a great leveler. I remembered the toughest phase of my life and did my best to be natural. When you are enveloped by one crisis after another, the energy-level gets to lower. But patience will get the due reward as life rolls on. That is the message of the film too.'

Buoyed by the success of Thavamai Thavamirundu, Raj Kiran is planning to begin his own production house and direct a movie coming year.
