Rajini is deeply religious. And he once again showed it.

Having accepted to act in AVM’s next film to be directed by Shankar, Rajinikanth on Sunday chose to visit the famous hill shrine at Tirupathy. He had a special darshan of Lord balaji and offered his prayers at the temple.

Speaking to media persons, the actor said it was his regular visit to the temple and has no special significance.

Meanwhile, it is now confirmed that the movie starring Rajinikanth for AVM will be titled Sivaji.

In a statement in Chennai,producer M Saravanan said, ‘we waited for Ramkumar and Prabhu (sons of thespian actor Sivaji) to give their nod to the title.. The moment they gave it, we have announced the title’.

Director Shankar is off to an undisclosed destination to prepare the story and script for the film.

The film is said to have been sold for a record amount in the industry.
