It is difficult to keep Silamabarasan away from controversies --- he seems to reach for it like house flies go for the oil paper. However, he seems to emerge out of it all unscathed.

All troubles between Silambarasan and Thanu has come to an end thanks to intervention by senior artistes.

The dubbing work for Totti Jaya is all set to begin this week and the movie might hit the screens 19 August.

It may be recalled that trouble broke out between the two when Silambarasan refused to dub for the movie demanding a further sum of Rs 25 lakh.

However Thanu went ahead and lodged a complaint against the actor with the Producers Council.

It is reported that Sarath Kumar, secretary, Nadigar Sangam, held discussions with the duo and it is said that Simbu has been convinced to appear for the dubbing without being paid the extra sum demanded by him.

Totti Jaya is directed by Durai and actress Gopika stars opposite him.
