Actor Kamal Haasan has urged the politicians who fight for the cause of Tamil titles in Kollywood to channelise their protests for the welfare of the people and the individuals rights of the people that are being stifled these days.

The actor, known for speaking boldly and expressing his views without any fear, also reiterated that there is no chance for him change the title of Mumbai Xpress.

"Gandhiji advocated people to use Khadi but he never spoke ill of those using western wear", Kamal Haasan said and added "I am still clueless as to what Tamil will lose if I title my movie in English."

Fighting for Tamil titles is not the need of the hour. They can instead channelise their efforts and work towards generating employment, ensuring health and hygiene among people, he said.

"Such protests are not a big threat to me when compared to the US denying visa to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi or the Andhra Pradesh witnessing troubles from Naxalites", he said in a lighter vein.

With Kamal, what you see is what you get.
