Hari, till last year, was the most sought-after director in Kollywood. He knew the pulse of the audience and also he had a pulsating way of making movies.

But of late, his films have met only with lukewarm response.

So he is desperate for some success.

Luckily, help is at hand. He is set to direct the hot and happening Surya.

Following Ghajini, actor Surya is tipped to act in director Saran's home production to be directed by Hari.

Trisha, a busy bee in Tollywood, will play the heroine. The movie is supposed to go to floors in a couple of months.

Now director Hari, known for churning out his movies on a rapid pace, is ready with the title for this project.

The movie has been titled Aaru.

According to Hari, it is neither the number six nor the Tamil equivalent of a river. Aaru is the shorter version of the lead role Arumugam to be played by Surya in the movie.

Meanwhile, Charan who is to direct Jayam Ravi for K Balachander's Kavithalaya Productions too has decided a title for the movie. The movie has been titled Idhaya Thiruda and former Union Minister for Law Ram Jethmalani's grand daughter Kamna Jethmalani is assigned to play the heroine in it.
