Rs 1 cr theatre set for Vishnu

A grand set resembling a cinema theatre has been erected at the Binny Mills in Chennai, for Vishnu Vishal starrer 'Poda Aandavaney Namma Pakkam', directed by Kannan of 'Settai' and 'Jayamkondan' fame.

The cost of the set is said to be around Rs one crore. "Apart from the theatre set, we have also recreated the ever-busy Ritchie Street," says the director, adding: "It is an action filled love story".

Prayaga of 'Pisasu' fame is the heroine of 'Poda Aandavaney Namma Pakkam', which has music by Ghibran. Sathish plays a key role, while cinematography is by P G Muthaiah. Shooting is on in full swing.
