A question that has been chasing Shruti Haasan despite her repeated replies is: 'Why is she not giving importance to music despite it being her first love?'

So this time, the actress-singer-musician has come out with a much solid and convincing reply, and here it goes.

"The shelf life of an actress is very less. I can play heroine only at this age. Music is not like that. I can pursue it even when I am 50. So I has not quit music and will sure come back to it," said Shruti, who is currently acting oppostie Vijay in 'Puli'
