Vijay, who came to know through an NGO that three young boys, who were suffering from cancer, were eager to meet him, fulfilled their wish immediately.

"Vijay had an emotional time with them, while the three boys were so happy to meet their favourite actor. The Ilaya Thalapathi spent a few hours with them and also posed for photographs as per their wish," sources say.

Vijay was shocked when he was informed that the three boys were in their last days, as various efforts to cure their illness failed. "He prayed to the Almighty for a miracle to save them."
