Vishal has stepped into various ventures in the recent past as he started producing his own movies and released Suseenthiran`s Jeeva` all over TN under his banner. He also kicks started Vishal Sound Factory to release OST`s under his banner to avoid unwanted controversies with big labels. Now, he has decided to groom young talent by starting an organization like Koothu Pattarai`.

The Poojai` actor got the above idea when he trained with Chicago theatre artists to perform, The Broadway Musical`. The play will go live this weekend while Varu Sarathkumar will share the stage with Vishal.

Vishal quoted that "This theatre play has helped me improve my acting in a big way. We have a lot of talented theatre artists. If taken to the big screen, they will succeed big time with their acts. Therefore, I have plans to start an organization to train and bring them to the silver screen."
