SJ Suryah the director of blockbuster hit films of today`s two leading star Ajith (Valee)and Vijay (Kushi) took up acting from his third film. But except one or two films all his acting ventures failed miserably. Now the man is back to what he is best at. Suryah is directing a film titled as Isai` and he is also acting in the lead role in it. Apart from this Suryah has turned a music director with this film.

Isai` which is supposed to be a film about the ego clash between two music composers in the film industry has been in the making for long. The film was earlier announced to have released in May 1 but the film`s shoot still remains to be completed.

However, now Suryah has announced that the major portions of the film have been completed and the film will hit the screens on October 2 for Gandhi Jayanthi

The film is rumored to have portrayed Ilaiyaraja as a super egoistic character and the film is said to have dealt with the alleged misunderstanding between IR and r A.R.Rahman who is an internationally renowned music composer today. But the director has denied this and has said that the film is a pure fictional account.

Isai` stars Sathyaraj in a pivotal role and debutante Savithr plays the love interest of S.J.Suryah in the film.
