Suriya was not a happy man at the press screening of his recent film 'Anjaan'. He started off his speech by quoting, we've released the movie in 1500 theatres, so that all the people could watch the movie on cinema halls and curb the piracy to great extent. I've been getting positive reports from all the centers, and I must register here that 'Anjaan' is a movie for all the people. It is not possible to deliver movies to a particular section of the people alone.

He adds that, there's a lot of negativity surrounding the movie and what's hurting is, people who are yet to see the movie also have joined in the negative side. I'm okay with criticizing the whole product, but I condemn the personal bashing. Because of you (Press) I have come to this position, and I take all the suggestion pretty seriously about my career. In my view, this movie does not deserve this much of negative criticisms.

Despite of mixed to negative reviews, 'Anjaan' has crossed 30 crores in the first three days, and going strong in all TN, AP, & Kerala.
