Sarathkumar who has started appearing in powerful cameo roles is keeping his fingers crossed since; ‘Kochadiiyaan’ his first film with his good friend Superstar Rajinikanth will be hitting the screens this week.

After gaining appreciation for his powerful cameo roles in ‘Chennayil Oru Naal’ and director Samtuhirakani’s ‘Nimirnthu Nil’ Sarathkumar will be acting in a dual role in ‘Sandamaarudham’ which will be produced by ‘Magic Frames’ banner owned by actress Radhika Sarathkumar and Listin Stephen. The film will be directed by A.Venkatesh who has directed Sarathukumar in ‘Maha Prabhu’, ‘Aei’ and ‘Sanakya’.

Sarathkumar will also don the lead villain role in the film. The story for the film has been written by Sarathkumar himself while the screenplay and dialogues will be written by famous Tamil crime novel writer Rajeshkumar and Venkatesh will write the additional screenplay and dialogues.

Sarathkumar’s wife and the producer of the film Radhika and Director Samuthirakani will be acting in important roles in the film. The supporting cast will include, Vijayakumar. Radharavi, Imaan Annachie, Delhi Ganesh, ‘Kadhal’ Dhandapani, Aadavan, Baboos, Avinahs, Malavika and Gana Ulaganadhan. Popular Kannada actor Arun Sagar is debuting in Tamil, playing an important role in this film.

Na.Muthukumar will write the songs composed by James Vasanathan. N.S.Udhaykumar has been appointed as the cinematographer while V.T.Vijayan will take care of Editing.

‘Sandamaarudham’ will go on floors on May 14 and the film will be finished as a quickie. Plans are on to release the mega budget film in August.
