'Thenaliraman' to come with a disclaimer

Even as the Madras High court has dismissed the petitions seeking a ban on Vadivelu’s upcoming film Thenalirraman the representatives of the film’s producers AGS Entertainments and the protesting Telugu organizations who feared that the film depicts the king Krishnadevaraya and his court jester Thenaliraman in poor light, sat across a table and sorted all the issues amicable.

'Thenaliraman' to come with a disclaimer

The protesting Telugu organizations have confirmed that they have decided to withdraw all sorts of protest against the Yuvaraj Dhayalan directed flick as well as legal proceedings since both the sides have accepted certain demands put forth by the other. As mentioned in leading newspaper, the producers of Thenaliraman have accepted to insert a disclaimer stating that the film is purely based on fiction and should not be identified with any real life characters, dead or alive. They have also reportedly accepted to screen the film for the Telugu organizations. Since Thenaliraman is releasing worldwide Tomorrow (April 18) if the special screening has to take place today.

Thenaliraman stars Vadivelu in dual roles and Meenakshi Dixit plays the lead heroine role. The advance bookings for the film are being reported as phenomenal so far.
