Music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja created a sensation by announcing his decision to convert to Islam religion a few months ago. Though it is a constitutional right guaranteed to every citizen of India to follow any religion as they wish, there were so many rumors and criticisms going rounds in certain sections of media and social networking sites. Yuvan had to clarify the reason behind his decision to change his religion for watering down those rumors.

Now buzz is that another young actor seems to have inspired by Yuvan and converted to Islam religion. It is Jai who is one of the most sought after heroes in Tamil film industry. Soruces say that Jai who is acting in the film Thirumanam Ennum Nikkah that highlights the greatness of Hindu as well as Islamic rituals relating to wedding, seems to have inspired by Islamic religion while working on the film.

However there has not been any official confirmation from the Subramanaipuram actor’s side regarding his alleged change of religions.

Thiumanam Ennum Nikka is being directed by Anees and produced by Aascar V.Ravichandran. It stars Nazriya Nazim as the lead heroine which is a Muslim girl character and Jai is a Hindu boy in the film.
