Kollywood actress Sneha’s father has denied reports in the media that his daughter’s marriage is to take place soon and the groom is from Dubai.

Reacting to a news item that appeared in a vernacular daily this morning, K Rajaram, father of actress Sneha, said that it is the handiwork of some persons who were jealous over her popularity.

It may be noted that Sneha, who made her debut in Virumbukiren, shot to fame exhibiting her talents in films like Anandam, April Madathil, Autograph, Parthipan Kanavu and Vasoolraja, MBBS.

Asked about this, Rajaram said since his sons are employed in Dubai, his wife along with his daughter (Sneha’s sister) had gone there on 6 September to see him while Sneha had gone on 8 September.

The vernacular daily had twisted a tale saying that preparations are on for Sneha’s marriage which is totally false, he said. He reiterated that Sneha’s marriage will not take place in the near future. ‘She would get married after four years,’ he said.

Rajaram said that the news was published at the instigation of some persons who were jealous of her popularity. There is no iota of truth in the story carried by the vernacular daily, he said and added that there is no need for him to fly to Dubai to search a groom for her.

This falsehood had been spread at a time when she is having too many commitments in Kollywood besides Tollywood, he said.
