While Ulaganayagan Kamlahassan is busy shooting his magnum opus Viswaroopam 2, the most expected sequel of Viswaroopam, the blockbuster film of 2013,sources close to the star say that he has completed the script work for his next film titled as Uthama Villain.

With that, the film is said to start rolling from the month of March. Produced by Director N.Lingusamy under his Tirupathi Brothers banner, the film is going to be directed by Ramesh Aravind a good friend of Kamalhassan and a co-actor in many of his films. Renowned Theatre personality and dialogue writer Crazy Mohan is teaming up with Kamal for this film after a decade. The last they worked together was for the film Vasool Raja M.B.B.S that released in 2004.

Kamal is said to don the role of a ageing superstar and senior director and Kamal’s mentor K.Balachandar is reportedly sharing screen space with him in the film. Kamal’s elder daughter Sruthi was approached to play a role in the film but the young lass could not accommodate dates due to her busy schedule.

Ghibran will be scoring music for this film. This will be the young composer's second film with Kamalhassan after Viswaroopam 2.
