Director Srinath has erected a true to life set of a mansion, on the outskirts of the city, near a theme park in Sriperumbudur, worth at least a couple of crore rupees, for the shooting of 'Vallavanukku Pullum Aayudham'. The team has already started shooting, with Santhanam in the lead, and a source close to the crew reveals that most of the shooting for the film will be carried out in this mansion.
A lot of concern has been shown on detailing of the set, as the house, which in itself looks like it has been inhabited for generations, looks out on a scenic spread of greenery dotted with trees, rendering it a rich countryside look. 'Vallavanukku Pullum Aayudham' is the remake of the comic Tollywood film, 'Maryada Ramanna', which is the tale of a young man who is given to live with the family, which on the contrary is looking forward to get him over with, owing to family bickering. In order to ease the shooting schedules, the crew has camped near the sets, to avoid travelling from the city everyday to shoot.
