The audio of Manchu scion Manoj's upcoming film ‘Potugadu’ has been launched yesterday in Hyderabad amidst fanfare, star glitz and energetic performances. The guests were all in praise for Manoj's passion, energy, daredevilry and dedication. Manoj was there all over the stage pepping prodding the spectators, his fans to raise and roar throughout the event. Sound tracks of the film were launched one by one, intermittent to performances by artists.

DNR unveiled the song ‘Pyar me padipoyaa..’ and then Praised Manoj as a versatile and disciplined actor, Sridhar Lagadapati as an able producer. The film is an entertainer and audiences need only this kind of films.

Jayasudha and Sunil and Director Srinivasa Reddy launched the song ‘Devatha Devatha..’ Jaya Sudha then said Sreedhar was the catalyst for the revival of her career and Manoj was a family member so, she hsd to be there for the festical. Sunil wished the unit luck.

The remaining songs were launched by guests, a herd of young heroes who came to wish their good friend Manoj, including Naga Chaitanya, Sunil, Nani, Allari Naresh, Sharwanand, Varun Sandesh, Tanish, Arjun, Vennela Kishore etc., Writers Kona Venkat, BVS Ravi Kumar etc., directors and producers were there too. Manoj’s brother and hero Vishnu, sister and actress producer Manchu Lakshmi.

Director Pawan Wadeyar, who directed the Kannada original ‘Govindaya Namaha’ said Manoj supported him at every instance and made sure the product came out much better than the original in Kannada. Thanked the producer for the opportunity.

Vishnu spoke about his younger sibling’s music talent and knowledge and thanked the team on his behalf. Music director Achu thanked everyone for the opportunity. He earlier performed singing his compositions of Manoj’s earlier film ‘Nenu Meeku Telusaa’ and this film ‘Potugadu’.

Lagadapati Sreedhar spoke about the production, the team, hero and said ‘Manoj grew as an actor and a hero step by step. I Wish the movie will be a great success for all of us and thanked each and every member of the unit for the hard work they have put in including my wife Sireesha Sreedhar who spotted the Kannada original and suggested for a remake with Manoj’ He Said the movie will hit the screens in a couple of weeks.

Manoj thanked the director for the script, Sreedhar for the production, cameraman Srikanth Naroj for the beauty, Achu for the music. An inspired Manoj specifically requested the youth to stop thinking of suicides, instead go join army to fight and die for the country. He said there are only two castes Boy and Girl and leave all the others alone. Introduced all the four girls who worked in the movie.

CD was launched by MM Keeravani and the first copy was given to Dr. Mohan Babu and distributed to all the others for a photo op.

Mohan Babu spoke in the end and thanked the family fans for coming from across the state. Reminisced his relationship with Sreedhar, congratulated the director, lauded the music director’s efforts, variety, DP Srikanth’s visualization and prayed God and fans to bless the film for huge success.

The audio will be marketed by Aditya Music and the event was organized by RK Media. LIVE telecast was done by MAA TV and TV9.
