The 'Kolaveri' south sensation Dhanush who makes his big Bollywood debut in 'Raanjhanaa' found shooting for the film extremely challenging. Apart from getting used to the way the Hindi film industry works, the actor also had to get a grip of the language, which until the film was completely alien to him.
However, Dhanush credits director Aanand L Rai and co-star Sonam Kapoor for the smooth transition, as he took his initial steps into Bollywood . Said Dhanush, "I'm closest to Sonam in the industry. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and helped me with my Hindi on the sets. She is very straightforward and will tell it as it is, which is something I admire."
With music composed by A.R Rahman, Eros International's 'Raanjhanaa' also starring Abhay Deol is scheduled to release 21st June 2013.
