Indian Cinema just turned a century old. The South Indian Film Chamber is planning to erect a new theatre in its premises, as a part of the celebrations. And the benevolent brothers, Suriya and Karthi have contributed 1 crore rupees for the construction of this new building. The brothers are a part of every headline of late, and now are making humble heaadlines. SIFCC has recognized their donation and has planned to name one of the 3D screens after the parents of the brothers.

While Suriya's 'Singam 2' is gearing up for completion, he has signed another project, 'Dhruva Natchathiram'. Karthi, on the other hand, is simultaneously shooting for 'Biriyani' for director Venkat Prabhu and 'All In All Azhagu Raja' for director Rajesh.
