Ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam is back with a bang this time with a superb love story in the backdrop of vast and natural blue canvas that is the sea.

Promising to be a visual treat with a heart whelming storyline, ‘Kadal’ (Tamil) and ‘Kadali’ (Telugu) has been creating a big buzz through its attractive trailers – which interestingly has crossed more than 1.5 million hits already. Reportedly of late, ATMUS Entertainment, one of the premium production banners in the industry, has acquired the theatrical rights of the film.

The movie is tentatively scheduled to release simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu on February 1.

With God of Music AR Rahman behind the music scenario, the film’s songs are already a chart buster hit. A movie made by Mani Ratnam in his grass roots of southern India, Kadal/Kadali is sure to beat all the expectations…
