The Delhi gang rape victim Nirbhaya's death has caused a National distress leaving the whole country to mourn for her. On contrary, Asaram Bapu who is called a Godman stated that the brutal attack on the girl would have been avoided had she called those rapists as brothers.

Kushboo, who was annoyed by this statement of Asaram said, "His comments are completely baseless. No woman can be blamed for a rape. Nirbhaya is not responsible for the fatal attack as the rape has been forced on her. There is absolutely no mistake from her side. He cannot call himself a Godman after uttering such a harsh comment. After making this statement, he had no guts to face the media. He just made this statement for sheer publicity. Nobody knew who he was before this controversy. He says that he has five crore followers. After his comment, I am sure everybody will stop following him. This is just not male chauvinism, this is something beyond that."

The actress who was concerned about the victim's parents, said, "Her parents are facing a huge personal loss. At this time, a comment like this would have hurt them. Any parent would have got hurt. His insensitive remark clearly shows how bad he treats a woman."

Also she said that there was no point in calling those heartless men as brothers and wonders if people like Asaram still do exist in the world after such an incident.
