Seniors visiting juniors on the sets have become a common thing these days. Bala visited Sasikumar on 'Sundarapandian' sets, Mani Ratnam paid a surprise visit to 'Settai' sets, and more recently, Suriya was present at 'Biriyani' spot.

But this meeting is something more special than the above. Sarika, if sources are to be believed, visited her daughter Shruthi Haasan on the sets of her upcoming movie.

"Shruthi was so happy to see her mother and both were seen having a good time during the break," said sources.

The '7aum Arivu' and '3' actress is currently part of a slew of Hindi and Telugu projects. In Bollywood, she is playing the leading lady of the remake of 'Unakkum Enakkum', and the film is being directed by Prabhu Deva.
