Thuppakki trio apologize for offending muslims

S A Chandrasekar, father of actor Vijay, has come forward and apologized for the scenes in Thuppakki which have apparently offended several Muslims who saw the film. Producer Kalaipuli S Thanu, Director A.R.Murugadoss and Illayathalapthy Vijay have all expressed their sorrow for the accidental inclusion of the film.

The team of Thuppakki will be removing the particular sequences from the film and have also issued a formal apology. "We did not mean to include any of these shots in the film. They got included accidentally and will be removed. Muslims are our brothers in any way and we did not mean to hurt them" said A.R.Murugadoss at a press conference.
