Ajith was in Mumbai on Monday, shooting for Sridevi's comeback flick 'English Vinglish'. The actor has impressed everyone on the sets of the movie, if one has to go by what sources say.

Ajith will be seen in a cameo in the movie, which marks the directorial debut of Gauri Shinde, wife of acclaimed Bollywood filmmaker R Balki who is also the producer of the film.

"From Balki to Sridevi to Gauri, everyone was impressed with the simplicity and professionalism of Ajith. He cooperated with them very well to shoot his scenes," sources say.

'English Vinglish' is a story of a woman's struggle with the English language and the insecurities she faces as she isn't well-versed in it. The film shot mostly in New York captures her transformational journey. Amitabh Bachchan has done a cameo in the Hindi version of the movie.
