‘Thaandavam’ will see an audio release on August 15 in a massive scale at the Chennai Trade Center at 6. 30 pm. Having chosen such a big venue is sure to attract more Chiyaan fans than ever. Producer G Dhananjayan has confirmed the music release date.

The album supposedly has 8 tracks including the themes and an English number. Music is by GV Prakash.

However as soon as the producer posted about the audio launch on his microblogging page, a Vijay fanatic requested UTV to have Vijay as the chief guest of the event and assured there won’t be any Vijay fans ‘hijacking’ into the event! Remember, Vijay’s fans thronged at the ‘Mugamoodi’ audio launch in Sathyam Cinemas? But GD politely expressed that there are no plans of Vijay being the Chief Guest of the event.

Starring Vikram, Jagapathy Babu, Anushka, Amy and Lakshmi Rai, ‘Thaandavam’ is a biggie by UTV Motion Pictures. The film is a slick high voltage action entertainer that sees Vikram as a blind person in some of the scenes.
