Tamil – Telugu actress Bindhu Madhavi will be seen as Vimal’s lady love in ‘Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga’. This is as good as official and has been confirmed by sources in the know.Produced by Pasanga Productions and P Madan of Escape Artists Motion Pictures.

A hunt is on for Sivakarthikeyan’s heroine in the film. Once both the actresses are confirmed an official announcement will be made by the makers in a few days. Shoot will commence in the first week of August.

National Award winning director Pandiraj is directing ‘Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga’ that has made several headlines already.
