Everything about a Venkat Prabhu directorial is news. And the latest buzz about his forthcoming with Karthi Sivakumar, ‘Biriyani’, is about the film’s lead lady.

While it was earlier reported that Tamil – Telugu cinema’s latest sensation Samantha is being considered for the role, a little birdie has that Parineeti Chopra or Ileana might be approached for the female lead.

Parineeti Chopra, Priyanka Chopra’s cousin, has become the next big thing in Bollywood cinema following the success of ‘Ishaqzaade’. However it’s also said that Parineeti has a film deal with a Mumbai banner and will not be able to work outside it for a while.

We have to wait to see who will share screen space with Karthi in this biggie.
