Samantha opposite Karthi?

This is the latest buzz in tinsel town. Rumor mills are working overtime suggesting that Samantha who is red hot in Tamil – Telugu cinema has been approached to share screen space with Karthi in Venkat Prabhu’s next.



‘Biriyani’, a romantic comedy will be produced by Gnanavel Raja’s Studio Green. The film will go on floors come August and will bear the tagline, ‘A Venkat Prabhu Diet’. It will have music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematography by Sakthi Saravanan, stunt choreography by Silva and editing by Praveen KL.

Buzz is that Premgi Amaren will be seen as Karthi’s best pal in this film. Once the heroine is finalized the makers will make an official announcement about ‘Biriyani’s cast and crew.
