It was only after climbing the ladder of fame in Tollywood, Namitha came and conquered Kollywood. And now, the actress is back to square one, as she is set for a second innings in Telugu film industry with upcoming film 'Midatha'.

Kollywood buffs need not feel strange about the film, as it is the dubbed version of Tamil flick 'Indira Vizha', which had Srikanth and Namitha in lead roles. Directed by Rajeshwar, the movie had some steamy scenes involving the actress.

"Namitha has considerable number of fans in Andhra Pradesh and her ultra-glamorous look in the movie has already created a hype. Hence it is sure that the movie would get a grand opening," says the producer of the Telugu version.

The actress was recently seen in Chennai during the inaugural function of Sound Garage, a music school opened by Sonia Agarwal and her brother. Namitha is best remembered in Kollywood for her performance in 'Aye' and 'Billa'.
