Shiva turns director

Industry talk is that Shiva who has graced Tamil cinema with out and out laugh riots will be turning director and will be helming a project where he will be seen in the lead as well.

This yet-to-to-be-titled venture is touted to be produced by a leading multiplex in the city and talks are on to finalize the other cast and crew. An official announcement is expected shortly which will also have details about the film’s genre.

He currently has ‘Masala Café’ with director Sundar C where he shares screen space with Vimal, Anjali and Oviya. Music for this multi-starrer is by Vijay Ebenezer. The film is yet another comedy caper and will be produced by Sundar C’s wife Khushboo along with UTV Motion Pictures.
