Taapsee Pannu is clueless as to from where rumors cropped up that she would be the heroine of Suriya's forthcoming film, which is to be directed by Venkat Prabhu. "I don't know who has spread these rumors," she says.

"As of now, I have not signed the project. And no one has even talked to me about it. But I have been flooded with phone calls and messages, repeatedly asking when I am going to start shooting with Suriya," says the 'Aadukalam' girl.

Currently busy with her Hindi debut, Taapsee, who is equally popular in Tollywood too, says she will be happy to sign new Tamil projects from March. "The response to Aadukalam was amazing. I am eager to sign a Tamil film," she says.

The actress recalls that she missed out an offer to act with Suriya earlier, as she could not allot her dates then. "But this time I would not leave the opportunity if I am approached to share the screen space with him," she signs off.
