The dialogue king of South India Saikumar is now in the title role 'Adhipathi'. A film in Kannada in 1994 of the same name was produced by Sri Venkateshwara Cine Movies. Om Prakash directed this film while Devaraj was in the lead role. Rockline Venkatesh, Ashalatha, Ashok Rao, Sudhir were also in the cast.

The interesting news is not this one. For 'Adhipathi' a popular director of Kannada films KSanjay is scoring music. The films of K Sanjay, Hudugaata and Parichaya were rich in scorings from Jaasie Gift. He is now doing the job of a music director. 'Adhipathi' by producer C Raju of Mysore is for LNR Films is in the direction of G Satish Chandra, Sudhar is the cameraman, Lakshman Reddy is music director. The selection of artists is in progress.

Meanwhile director K Sanjay started 'Malinga' with Santosh as hero sometime back but the film has been stalled. Sanjay is working on a script for Kichcha Sudeep as hero.
