The flamboyant comedy actor who is also a politician known for straight forward approach Jaggesh looking at the developments recently especially with regard to release of films in Kannada called upon his colleagues to maintain unity and give up infighting.

I have explained the fruits of earning from releases. One big star film is enough in one week and that would allow others to earn their revenue. In the biggest threat from other language films in Karnataka we have to show our unity felt Jaggesh addressing at the audio release of the film 'CID Eesha'.

As an individual I know how to earn back money for my producers. For my own film 'Bodyguard' I make it very clearly I was able to make Rs.31.5 lakhs profits. Had the 'Madhuve Mane' not come along with my film my profit would have been Rs.70 lakhs says Jaggesh. Why Kannada films should compete with another Kannada films in these days of series of flops asks Jaggesh.

One should learn the mathematics of making and releasing. I do not take advance from producers who come to me. I tell them to make a script first and convert the script in to a budget. I can get at least eight producers advance but that is not my criteria. Producer should get back his earning from systematic spending says Jaggesh.

From the different areas of B and C centers were getting Rs.30000 earlier. It is now giving a share of Rs10 lakhs. That should be tapped efficiently.

For my 'Bodyguard' film in the second week I told the exhibitors to remove the film from the theatres. Most of them say it is not possible. I told them come to percentage system in the second week or stop the film. All of them agreed for it because they are not with the films to fill. Thus I earned good profits.

The system prevailing in Kerala state - percentage system should be floated here feels Jaggesh. Our makers should know how to exist after investment Jaggesh opines strongly.

Jaggesh agrees there is no unity and the Kannada cinema industry has lost its 'Yajamana' Dr Rajakumar a few years ago. Unless we give up infighting and show unity it will be very difficult and fate of Kannada cinema industry will be coming to rock bottom Jaggesh opines.
