'Aata' slashed

The media and 'Prekshaka Maha Prabhu' felt the length of 'Aata' is heavy. Agreeing to this point producer Shailendra Babu and director Vijayakumar have cut short 15 to 20 minutes of 'Aata' that has taken a good opening in the last week.

'Aata' a film with fresh thought and high in the action, music was lengthy in the second half. Some of the Sadhu Kokila comedy portions have been deleted and a few scenes of protagonist Sumanth and Vibha Natarajan clipped earlier will be added. One of the songs in the second half see the exit is the opinion of producer it is learnt.

'Aata' made at a budget of over Rs.5 crores by Shailendra Babu starring his son Sumanth Shailendra will be with changed second half from the second week in the theatres.

Newcomer Sumanth Shailendra has received very good appreciation for his action portions in the cinema and Vibha Natarajan also debutant who said go and watch for the 'Kiss' in the film (that was not found) has given a neat performance in 'Aata' is what the media also reported.
