Team 'Deiva Thirumagal' and captain of the ship, AL Vijay, are all glee today, and why wouldn’t they be for the film has seen a 100 day successful run at the box-office! This film sees Vikram as a victim of autism playing the lead and the actor's performance has fetched him much accolades.

'Deiva Thirumagal' also marks the foray of UTV Motion Pictures in Tamil cinema for marketing. The film is one of the major grocers this year at the BO and is one clean family entertainer that has been critically acclaimed with some critics even stating that the film will make even the toughest of men shed a tear or two.

'Deiva Thirumagal' starred Vikram, Anushka, Amala Paul and Santhanam in the lead roles and portrays the relationship between Vikram and his child, played by Sara. The realistic climax of the film set it apart in many ways.
