Post the stupendous success of 'Ko', Karthika, daughter of yesteryear top actress Radha, became a hot property in Kollywood. When everyone were of the thought that the young star would be seen in more number of films in the coming days, a big silence was so far her answer.

And now, speaking on behalf of her elder daughter, Radha says, "Lots of offers came our way after Ko. But we would like to take up challenging roles. We are listening to a few scripts. We will decide on a project soon. We are in no hurry to commit films just for the sake of making money."

Meanwhile, there is a buzz that Mani Ratnam approached Radha recently, expressing his wish to cast her younger daughter Thulasi in his forthcoming film, which would have Karthik's son Gautham in the lead. Remember Karthik and Radha made a great pair in their debut movie 'Alaigal Oivadhillai'.

Clearing the air, Radha says, "Mani sir has not approached us so far. We would definitely say yes if he contacts us. Because, it is every actress's dream to do a role in a Mani Ratnam film." Radha also denied that she is planning to make a re-entry in Kollywood.
