Vikram's last venture with director Vijay, 'Deiva Thirumagal', was loosely based on Hollywood hit 'I am Sam', which had Sean Penn as a father with a developmental disability. Now that the actor is set to join hands with the director again, a lot of versions are doing rounds on their future project.

One of them claim that the Vikram-Vijay film will be based on 'Bourne Identity', that featured Matt Damon. The 'Chiyaan' will be seen in a similar role as Matt - a patient suffering from amnesia in search of his own identity, it is said.

Remember Kamal Haasan played a similar role in 'Vetri Vizha', which was one of the biggest commercial hits of those times. Sources have it that Anushka will play Vikram's wife in the film, while Amy will essay Vikram's lover. "The entire movie will shot in America," sources add

At present, Vikram is shooting for 'Rajapattai' and 'Karikalan'. While 'Rajapattai' is on the verge of completion, 'Karikalan' is fast taking shape. Upon completing these two projects, the actor would start working with Vijay and of course with Bala, his friend, philosopher and guide.
