Producer Ba Ma Harish after joint production 'Majestic' in 2000 and 'Shishya' starring his relative Deepak as hero is bouncing back in a systematic way with 'Magadi'.

As per the schedules 'Magadi' talkie portion shooting has been completed in Ullas Creations banner. Ba Ma Harish brother BM Divakar is the joint producer of this film.

This 'Magadi' is Suresh Goswami making debut as director after 12 years of stint as assistant and associate director. He is making a commercial flick and looking at the angle of orphans in the society. How they have to remain in this society without identification? When the orphans look for new path in life to progress how they are looked at, director Goswami is touching upon.

Rajesh Ramanath has scored the music and Ramesh is the cameraman for 'Magadi'. Goswami has penned the story, screenplay and dialogues for this film.

Deepak, Rakshita, Ravi, Rangateja, Mahesh, Gopi, Lingenahalli Sureschandra, Jayasri, Krishna, Ramesh Pandit, Uyyale Shilpa, Mysore Mallesh are in the cast.
