Looks like chemistry is working overtime between Atharva and Amala Paul, the lead pair of upcoming film 'Muppozhudhum Un Karpanaigal', for sources in the unit say they have become 'very close friends'.

"Since they are from same age group, Atharva and Amala Paul found it no difficult to become good friends soon. They are having a whale of time during the shoot of Muppozhudhum Un Karpanaigal," sources say.

Confirming this, Atharva, son of late actor Murali, says, "It's true that we are close with each other. We are in constant touch. But this doesn't mean that there is something serious between us."

In a similar vein, Amala Paul says, "It is common for an actress to find her name in gossips when she is at a growing stage. I am not ready to take it serious. Atharva is my good pal and I have a nice role to play in Muppozhudhum..."
