Karthika Nair's first offering in Tamil, 'Ko' can be rightfully declared a blockbuster what with the success the film is seeing at the box-office. Even before the film released, she made a lot of buzz due to two things: she is the daughter of yesteryear heartthrob Radha, secondly, she received a lot of praise from the director and others due to her expressive eyes.

'Ko' was dubbed into Telugu as 'Rangam' and the movie is well-received by the audience. Much needed we'd say, since her Telugu debut 'Josh' didn't fair too well.

We had earlier told you that this script by KV Anand is being remade in Hindi as well, and the lead role is played by Akshay Kumar.

Now the Kollywood grapevine is abuzz that, Radha had met Akshay Kumar and asked the latter to consider her daughter to play the same role again for which Akshay has agreed!

Although Karthika is yet to sign on the dotted lines, if this were to happen she would be one of those few K-town damsels who made it to Bollywood at an early stage of career as an actress!
