The combination of Maheshbabu and Puri Jagannath which produced the biggest hit like ‘Pokiri’ in Telugu cinema industry and created records is repeating once again. It was already reported that the film was also titled ‘The Businessman’.

However, Puri Jagannath turned busy with a Bollywood film ‘Budda’ and hence the project was kept aside. At the same time Maheshbabu is also busy completing his latest project ‘Dookudu’ directed by Sreenu Vaitla.

The latest information is that ‘The Businessman’ would hit the floors in July and the film is being produced by Venkat on the banner of RR Movie Makers. Both the hero and the director are committed to bring out another big hit as they are craving for a big hit.

History says, Puri after successive flops like ‘Andhrawala', 'Super' and '143’ had bagged a hit with Maheshbabu, who was also maintaining a slack period with flops like ‘Nijam' and 'Nani’ and an average flick like ‘Arjun’.

So, with flops like Atithi and Khaleja, Maheshbabu is eagerly waiting to bag a hit again with Puri Jagannath.
