So ‘Vaanam’ has seen the light of day and the film is turning out to be a craze among the fans of STR. Though Simbu must have had apprehensions as to how ‘Vaanam’ would fare, the hero is already into his forthcoming projects. He recently took a trip to Spain along with the crew of the ‘Poda Podi’ team. Simbu will be seen sharing screen space with Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar in ‘Poda Podi.’ This will be Varalaxmi’s launch pad into Tamil cinema.

Now looks like Simbu is looking forward to working in a Mysskin project. The actor is believed to have approached director Mysskin. The grapevine in Kollywood has it that Simbu has asked Mysskin to sketch a character which would suit him. Mysskin is notorious in the industry for his short temper and has many a times been taken as being rude.

Though Simbu is a good actor, he too has his set of skeletons in the cupboard. The actor is known for his disagreement with directors and co-stars. Now it needs to be seen how these two men, known for their anger spurts come together as a team and work for a film.
