Director Kicha and Sneha are so ‘thrilled’ with the response ‘Bhavani’ has evoked in the box-office that they are planning a sequel to the action adventure, which has Sneha playing a police officer.

Talking to journalists in Chennai Saturday, Kicha said, “Bhavani was released with 160 prints all over Tamil Nadu and in 12 screens in Mumbai. The response is so overwhelming. We are happy.”

Kicha, who said that Sneha has been getting critical acclaim for her role in the movie, added that a lot of his friends suggested a sequel to Bhavani. “When I discussed this with Sneha, she said she is ready. So we would soon start the second part.”

Sneha said, “It was because of my director I accepted Bhavani since I was initially apprehensive to go for an image makeover. For the sequel, I would take time off and prepare myself before actually getting into action.”
