Director Hari has lodged a complaint with the Chennai Police alleging that he receives anonymous threat calls.

According to the complaint filed with the Virugambakkam Police Station, the director had received a call on his landline number at his house on Thursday night and the unidentified caller had threatened to harm him.

It is to be noted that Vanitha Vijayakumar, sister of Hari’s wife Preetha, has alleged recently that the director had hatched a conspiracy against her by joining hands with her father Vijayakumar.

Hari, who debuted with ‘Thamizh’, the Prashanth starrer nearly a decade ago, married Preetha later. The director is popular for his racy films including ‘Samy’ and the recent ‘Singam’. He is currently making ‘Venghai’ with Dhanush.
