Even as the cast and crew of ‘Va- Quarter Cutting’ are clearing the air saying that their Deepavali release is not a spoof on Kollywood on the lines ‘Thamizh Padam’, we have a scoop about the movie’s storyline.

According to reliable sources, the film is about the misadventures of Sundararajan (Shiva), a Vijay fan, who is called as Sura. “He plays a Coimbatore guy in the movie,” sources say.

“Sundararajan comes to Chennai from Coimbatore on his way to Saudi Arabia where he has got a job. As he is told that it is hard to find liquor in the Middle East country, he wants to taste it before taking the flight,” they add.

“And what follows is an interesting journey, all happens in a single night in Chennai. He meets two persons (S P B Charan and Lekha Washington) and it’s a laugh riot all through,” add sources.
